Driver, 100, backs up and hits 11 near South L.A. school

Officials say Preston Carter put his car in reverse and hit nine children and two adults as they crossed the street near Main Street Elementary School.

A 100-year-old driver backed up and struck nine children and two adults Wednesday afternoon near a South Los Angeles school as they crossed the street shortly after classes let out for the day.
