Update: Delays for drivers on Second Severn Crossing

Two lanes are closed and traffic queuing on the Second Severn Crossing.
Roadworks are causing the jams on the M4 eastbound between junctions 23 and 22 which the Traffic Wales says should start to ease off after 1pm today.
