(AP) ? Four people have entered guilty pleas in a conspiracy to cheat a Lake Charles casino, U.S. Attorney Stephanie Finley said Friday. Finley said in a news release that 34-year-old Charbel Tannous, of Katy, Texas; 55-year-old Constandi Lubbat, of Houston; 43-year-old Derrick Weldon, of Lake Charles; and 45-year-old Stephen Mouton, of Iowa (EYE oh WAY), were indicted in June of last year for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
