Convicted rapist who won �5million on the lottery is jailed after falsely claiming �13,000 in benefits
Convicted rapist Edward Putman, from Hertfordshire, scooped nearly �5million in September 2009 but continued to claim benefits, telling Dacorum Borough Council he had to borrow money from friends in order to eat.
